Neoenergia has been elected one of the best companies for starting a career
For the third time, Neoenergia Group is on the list of the 45 best companies for starting a career in Brazil, in a ranking drawn up and published by Você S/A magazine. The Best For Starting a Career supplement, published every year, is the result of a ground-breaking and unique survey in the world, and attempts to understand the expectations of young people setting out on the Brazilian labor market. To arrive at the companies comprising the list of the 45 best, the survey evaluated policies intended for interns and professionals aged between 18 and 26 at companies scattered across Brazil. Você S/A, Cia de Talentos and Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) are in charge of carrying out the survey.
2017 Counsel Awards
The Legal Department of Neoenergia Group is among the four best in Latin America. The award is given to in-house lawyers and legal departments that stand out for excellence and quality in legal services. Neoenergia Group was among the four best in Latin America.
Top of Mind
Cosern was recognized as the company that most invests in culture and the environment in the State of Rio Grande do Norte (RN) at the 2017 Top of Mind Award. Over the last 18 years, Cosern has channeled over R$36 million to regional art. This is the seventh time that the Distribution Company has been given an award.
Cosern has been elected Brazil’s 5th best distribution company at the 2017 Abradee Awards. The distribution company from the State of Rio Grande do Norte has jumped four places in the national ranking, while retaining its previous classification among the regional distributors, taking 3rd place in the Northeast.
Great Place to Work
Cosern has been recognized, for the third time, as one of the Best Companies to Work For by global survey company GPTW. The company was acknowledged as one of the 35 Best Companies to Work For in Brazil by Great Place to Work (GPTW), in the mid-size multinational category.
Best Companies to Work For
Again, Elektro was elected the Best Company to Work by the Great Place to Work/Época. In this edition, with an unprecedented result, the distributor achieved a 100% organizational climate. With the new achievement, the distributor was included in the Legends category, which makes the company a reference and example for other companies.

Latin America For third second time, Elektro was elected the Best Company to Work of Latin America by the Great Place to Work/Época. The survey assessed the same data from the organizational climate survey conducted by the institute annually, in which we received the award for Best Company to Work in Brazil in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Elektro won the 2017 Abradee Award as the Best Electric Power Distributor in Brazil for the 8th time. Also with highlights in the following categories: Operational Management, for the 12th time, Management Quality and Economic-Financial Management, for the 3rd time. The annual award by Abradee – Associação Brasileira de Distribuidores de Energia Elétrica (Brazilian Association of Electric Power Distributors) is a recognition to the distributors that have stood out in the national scenario. In the 19 editions of the Award, Elektro received 33 trophies in several categories.
Guia Exame de Sustentabilidade
For the seventh consecutive year, Elektro is awarded by Guia Exame de Sustentabilidade, an initiative that highlights the best practices of corporate responsibility in the country. This year, the distributor presented the project “Energy for the Future”, which, since 2014, has generated development opportunities for young apprentices from children and adolescents protection institutions.
Elektro was awarded by the Associação Brasileira de Companhias Abertas – Abrasca (Brazilian Association of Publicly Hled Companies) in the Best Annual Report category, the main category of the award. The initiative recognized companies from all over the country, who released the best information regarding the activities carried out in their 2016 Sustainability reports. The distributor ranked first among the publicly held companies – group 1, with net revenue equal to or above BRL 3 billion.
