Latam Award 2020
Neoenergia was recognized in gold category of Best Strategy of Citizen-Oriented Operation in the award of the Latin American Alliance of Customer- Interacting Organizations (ALOIC). The award is in its 9th edition and recognizes companies’ best practices in customer relations in Latin America.
Neoenergia’s distributors (Neoenergia Pernambuco, Neoenergia Coelba, Neoenergia Cosern and Neoenergia Elektro) were ranked among the 15 best distributors in the country in electric energy supply continuity, assessed based on DEC and FEC (Duration and Frequency of Interruptions) performance. The ranking, disclosed annually by the National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel), informed the historical levels achieved by distribution services quality in Brazil in 2019.
Aneel Ombudsman Award
In the third edition of Aneel Ombudsman Award, which considers results for 2019, Neoenergia Cosern was rated again as one of the best of Brazil, in the third position. This award is granted annually by Aneel for the ombudsman areas of distributors featuring the best service structures for consumers and best performances in the handling of claims made by customers.
SA Customers Award 2020
For the second year in a row, Neoenergia’s distributors, Neoenergia Pernambuco (PE), Neoenergia Coelba (BA), Neoenergia Cosern (RN) and Neoenergia Elektro (SP/MS) have won the SA Customers Award. The companies were recognized for the case: Customer Experience Center.
In Valor 1000 ranking, published by Valor Econômico newspaper to evidence the performance of the one thousand largest companies in Brazil, Neoenergia was the best ranked in the electric sector in sustainable growth, a concept that represents the best management of own resources for generating income. The company also stood out as the 26th largest private group in Brazil, considering companies from all sectors of the economy.
The School of Electricians project which provides classes only for women, had a case study published in WeEmpower, a UN Women program with the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the European Union aimed at encouraging good practices of the companies. The document points out the Brazilian company’s project as a global example of good practice in promoting gender equality in the electricity sector.
