For the 2025 Income Reports, the shareholders of Neoenergia, Neoenergia Coelba, Neoenergia Elektro and Afluente T, must obtain their reports on these companies shares from Banco Itaú, through electronic plataform, available to Itau account holders through Bankline and to non-account holders through the Digital Correspondence Portal, starting on 3/02/2026.
If you are an Itaú account holder, the statement will be available exclusively through Bankline:
Access www.itau.com.br and enter your branch, checking account number, and electronic password, then follow the path below, according to your segment.

Menu > Investments > Services > Investment Statement > Product > Shares registered with Itaú > Transaction Statement > Go to Shareholding Position.

What is the Digital Correspondence Portal?
It is a platform where we offer the options to view, save, print and email the Income Reports in digital form.
Make it easy to consult your Income Reports by registering in advance on the platform.
How to make your first access?
1. At the address (www.correspondenciasdigitais.com.br), click on First Access;
2. Enter your CPF number and date of birth (Individual) or CNPJ number and date of incorporation (Legal Entity);
3. Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email). If you cannot find your phone number and email, call our Investor Service Center at: 3003-9285 for capital cities and metropolitan areas or 0800-720 9285 for other locations;
4. Enter the code received by email and/or phone and create your personal password;
5. Done, now you just need to log in with your CPF/CNPJ and the new password you registered to access your documents.
If you have forgotten the password you used the previous year, follow the procedure below:
1. On the platform, click on “forgot password”
2. Enter your CPF (Individual) or CNPJ (Legal Entity) number;
3. Enter the security image text and click “next”;
4. Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email);
5. Enter the token code received by email and/or telephone and create your personal password;
6. Create a password, which must have at least 8 (eight) characters containing numbers and letters;
7. When finished, you will be directed to the initial access screen.
