Income Report

Dear Shareholders,

For the 2023 Income Reports, the shareholders of Neoenergia, Neoenergia Coelba, Neoenergia Pernambuco, Neoenergia Cosern, Neoenergia Elektro and Afluente T, must obtain their reports on these companies shares from Banco Itaú, through electronic plataform, available exclusively on the Portal de Digital Correspondence, from 02/29/2024.

What is the Digital Correspondence Portal?
It is a platform where we offer the options to view, save, print and email the Income Reports in digital form.

Make it easy to consult your Income Reports by registering in advance on the platform.

How to make your first access?
1. Go to https://correspondenciasdigitais.com.br/login, click on “First Access”
2. Enter your CPF number and date of birth (Individual) or CNPJ and date of foundation (Legal Person);
3. Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email);
4. If you cannot find your telephone number or e-mail address, call our Customer Service;
5. Enter the code received by email and/or phone and create your personal password;
6. Now, just enter your CPF/CNPJ and the new registered password to access your documents. Income Reports will be available in “my reports” – “2024” folder

If you have forgotten the password you used the previous year, follow the procedure below:

If you have forgotten your password, follow the procedures described in the Correspondence Portal by clicking on the “Forgot Password” option.

1. On the platform, click on “forgot password”
2. Enter your CPF (Individual) or CNPJ (Legal Entity) number;
3. Enter the security image text and click “next”;
4. Select the phone number or email already registered to send the security code (token) and click “send security code”;
5. Enter the security code (token) received and click “next”;
6. Create a password, which must have at least 8 (eight) characters containing numbers and letters, and click “next”;
7. When finished, you will be redirected to the initial access screen. Income Reports will be available in “my reports” – “2024” folder
