Income Report

Dear Shareholders,

For the 2024 Income Reports, the shareholders of Neoenergia, Neoenergia Coelba, Neoenergia Cosern, Neoenergia Elektro and Afluente T, must obtain their reports on these companies shares from Banco Itaú, through electronic plataform, available to Itau account holders through BankLine and to non-account holders through the Digital Correspondence Portal, starting on 2/28/2025.

 

What is the Digital Correspondence Portal?
It is a platform where we offer the options to view, save, print and email the Income Reports in digital form.

Make it easy to consult your Income Reports by registering in advance on the platform.

 

How to make your first access?
1. Go to https://correspondenciasdigitais.com.br/login, click on “First Access”
2. Enter your CPF number and date of birth (Individual) or CNPJ and date of foundation (Legal Person);
3. Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email). If you cannot find your phone number and email, call 0800 720 5299 (Customer Service Center available exclusively during the Income Reporting period) or the Investor Service Center at 3003 9285 (capitals and metropolitan regions) / 0800 720 9285 (other locations, on business days) from 9 am to 6 pm;
4. Enter the code received by email and/or telephone and create your personal password;
5. Done! Now just enter your CPF/CNPJ and new registered password to access your documents. The Income Reports will be available in “my reports” – “2025” folder.

 

If you have forgotten the password you used the previous year, follow the procedure below:

If you have forgotten your password, follow the procedures described in the Correspondence Portal by clicking on the “Forgot Password” option.

1. On the platform, click on “forgot password”
2. Enter your CPF (Individual) or CNPJ (Legal Entity) number;
3. Enter the security image text and click “next”;
4. Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email);
5. Enter the token code received by email and/or telephone and create your personal password;
6. Create a password, which must have at least 8 (eight) characters containing numbers and letters;
7. When finished, you will be directed to the initial access screen.
